Due to the multi-step design, a variety of pipe sizes and branch geometries suitable with OEMs is possible. This means piping layouts are simple, pressure loss is low and integration into an existing VRF line is easy. It will give you a cleaner surface to work with on a brazer meaning tighter seals, better brazing, less redos on site.

Each junction is made from a BIS-certified, refrigeration-grade copper tube, which is brazed using 2% silver Harris brazing alloy (BCuP-6) under a nitrogen-purged atmosphere. This keeps copper oxide and scale out of the refrigerant channel, leaving the compressor with cleaner lines to draw from. Each Y Joint is hydrostatically pressure tested at 5.2 MPa (754 PSI) and run through dimensional and quality checks before it ships, so what arrives to site is 100% leak proof by the time it’s unboxed. Available with XLPE or Class O NBR insulation for the joints when condensation is a concern, reducing thermal loss and preventing moisture damage in all climates from residential retrofits to industrial size VRF installations.
