Ax Series

Precision copper Y-joints and reducers for leak-proof refrigerant distribution on all VRF installations.

"Built for the Junction Where Systems Either Hold — or Don't"

A VRF branch line is only as good as the joint breaking it down. 227 Enterprise Pvt. Ltd.’s AX Series is built for just this purpose — Y-joints and reducers that match VRF branch-selector requirements and indoor-unit capacity tiers, ensuring that refrigerant enters each zone in the proportions for which the system was designed. The AX Series are constructed from refrigeration grade copper, nitrogen purged during manufacture to ensure the internal bore is free of oxidation and suitable for R410A and R32 refrigerants. Every junction is pressure checked at the factory using hydrostatic and inert gas techniques. This means a team may connect numerous indoor units to a single outdoor unit with fewer field joints, less on-site brazing and a faster run to commissioning.
Where controlling condensation is critical, AX Series branch pipes can be specified with XLPE or NBR insulation to prevent sweating at the Y-joint, reduce thermal bridging throughout the branch line and maintain a consistent refrigerant temperature between the outside unit and each indoor zone. The AX Series is manufactured under a quality system certified to ISO, CE, RoHS and AS 4041:2006. It’s designed to maintain working well post installation sign-off – across residential, commercial and industrial VRF systems.

Why 227 Enterprise

A branch junction, even a minor one, is vital to ensure refrigerant is travelling correctly through a VRF system. At 227 Enterprise, we’re all about the little things. The AX Series uses controlled copper shape, accurate dimensions, properly fitted reducers, clean chamfered ends and regulated brazing to provide good fitment and uniform connections. XLPE and NBR insulation choices help control condensation and provide thermal stability near the refrigerant lines. Quality inspections are carried out on the dimensions, joint integrity, surface polish and insulation to ensure uniformity from one component to the next. The end result is a realistic, well constructed branch solution that helps installers reduce site changes, operate more productively and build VRF pipe networks with better confidence and predictable long term performance.

Product Faqs

What is AX Series VRF Y Branch?

It’s a precision-engineered refrigerant distribution fitting from 227 Enterprise, designed to OEM specs so refrigerant splits accurately over every interior unit in a VRF air conditioning system.

How to select the right VRF Y Branch of AX Series?

The quickest way is to match it up with the OEM model number, the Single Line Diagram (SLD) of your project, or the pipe diameters spelt out on the plans and any of these will guide you to the correct fitting.

Is the AX Series approved?

Yes – it’s manufactured to ISO, CE, RoHS and AS 4041:2006 standards, under a quality control system that guarantees consistent performance batch after batch.

What refrigerants are compatible with the AX Series?

The AX Series VRF Y Branches can be used with R410A and R32, making them compatible with most modern VRF systems without the requirement for a separate fitting for each refrigerant.

What affects the price of AX Series Y Branch?

It is contingent upon a few elements — the model number, the size of the copper pipe, the type of insulation, the quantity you order and any customizations you need, as well as how global copper prices fluctuate at the time. Contact 227 Enterprise for a quote depending on your project for an accurate cost.
