227 Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. manufactures premium TA Series VRF Headers for modern VRF and HVAC systems, built for accurate fitment and reliable refrigerant distribution. They come in 4-port and 8-port configurations ( Can be customized as per requirement) across four specifications, and they fit header piping assemblies with pipe sizes from 15.88 mm to 38.10 mm. Main pipes run from 12.7 mm to 50.8 mm, and distributed out pipes from 9.52 mm to 22.22 mm. Every braze point on the primary and secondary pipes is T-Drilled to a height of 1.2 mm to 1.5 mm, then joined with 5% silver brazing for clean, leak-tight connections. The secondary pipe can be made to your port length, so the header fits your layout and your team doesn’t have to bend the layout around it.
Wall thickness options from 1.2 mm to 1.6 mm give the TA Series the strength and durability commercial and industrial installations demand. The headers are made from high-quality deoxidised copper and engineered to handle pressure fluctuations, so performance stays stable in demanding HVAC environments. Optional XLPE and NBR insulation reduces heat loss and improves thermal efficiency, helping the whole VRF system use less energy.
