We manufacture Copper Y Type Distributors in outer diameters starting from ¼" (6.35 mm) and going up to 1½" (38.10 mm). Wall thicknesses range from 0.8 mm to 2.0 mm. That spread covers residential, commercial and industrial HVAC&R work without gaps. If your project calls for something outside that standard range — a custom size or an OEM-specific configuration — we manufacture those too, working directly from your approved drawing. Typical turnaround for custom orders runs between two and four weeks.

Our distributors are made from C12200 phosphorus deoxidised copper, which is the recognised industry-standard material for refrigerant-grade copper components. They are fully compatible with all commonly used HVAC&R refrigerants, including R410A and R32. If you are working with a specific refrigerant and want to confirm suitability, our technical team can advise.
