Joints are brazed with 2% silver BCuP-6 rod resulting in a strong consistent bond and each unit is pressure tested individually at 5.2 MPa to guaranty totally leak free performance before delivery. The insulation is fire-grade XLPE and Class O NBR, which prevent the formation of condensation on the copper and keep the joints dry and operational even under continuous system pressure.
