The 227 Enterprise HAE Series is a premium line of precision manufactured Y-Branch and Header Piping Kits for high performance VRF systems. The HAE Series has been developed to ensure precise refrigerant distribution from one outdoor unit to several inside units. It ensures equal refrigerant flow, steady pressure, successful oil return and uniform cooling performance for all connected zones. Accurate calibration of branch geometry and OEM-compatible dimensions aid to simplify piping layouts, reduce pressure loss and assure smooth integration into modern VRF systems.

Each joint in the HAE Series is manufactured with BIS certified refrigeration grade copper tubes and then brazed with 2% Silver Harris Brazing Alloy (BCuP-6) in a nitrogen purged atmosphere to prevent internal oxidation and copper scale build up, thus providing cleaner refrigerant pathways and better protection for the compressor. Each unit is 100% leak-proof, hydrostatically pressure tested at 5.2 MPa (754 PSI) and subjected to stringent dimensional and quality checks before shipping. The HAE Series, including factory-fitted XLPE or NBR insulation, prevents condensation, decreases thermal loss and provides speedier installation, long term durability and dependable performance for commercial, industrial and residential VRF HVAC systems.

Yes. Every 227 Enterprise HAE Series Y Branch is hydrostatically pressure tested at 5.2 MPa (754 PSI) in-house to ensure leak-free performance, structural integrity and long-term dependability before shipping. Each product also undergoes visual and dimensional QC testing before being despatched.

Can the HAE Series Y Branch be utilised in retro-fit HVAC projects?

Yes. The HAE Series can be used in new installations and retrofit projects as long as the selected model is compatible with the standards of the current HAE VRF system. The port dimensions are OEM-compliant, so HAE Series couplings fit cleanly into existing refrigerant lines without re-engineering the architecture.
