227 Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. manufactures high-quality SAM Series VRF Headers for modern HVAC and VRF installations. They come in 4-port and 8-port configurations, and they can be customized to your requirement. The headers support pipe sizes from 15.88 mm to 38.10 mm, so they suit a wide range of header piping assemblies. Main pipes run from 12.7 mm to 50.8 mm, and distributed out pipes from 9.52 mm to 22.22 mm. Every braze point on the primary and secondary pipes is T-Drilled, at a height of 1.2 mm to 1.5 mm. The secondary pipe can also be made to your port length. The result is accurate fitment, dependable refrigerant distribution and long-lasting performance in commercial and industrial applications.
SAM Series VRF Headers are available in wall thicknesses from 1.2 mm to 1.6 mm, giving you the durability and service life your project calls for. They are made from BIS certified grade copper and brazed with 5% silver rods, which gives strong, leak-resistant joints that cope with demanding HVAC conditions. Optional XLPE and NBR insulation improves thermal efficiency and reduces heat loss, helping the VRF system perform consistently and save energy.
